    Central Texas Sauces

Along with assisting Franklins with the importation of their smokers, ProSmoke BBQ now offer their full range of sauces!
These sauces have been developed by Aaron himself, to give you the perfect blend of flavour whatever the occasion, they all ship in a high-quality glass bottle.

Texas-based sauces are a real smack in the face! don't expect thick overly sweet sauces like we are used to here in the UK. These are bold flavours heavy on the vinegar and typically quite thin/runny! perfect for basting food while cooking to get that extra flavour pop.

    Original Texas BBQ Sauce
Having a solid goto BBQ sauce is extremely important, its a must for any BBQ cook. This sauce has the typical Texas vinegar twang that's balanced with the sweet, it works excellently as a dipping or mop sauce.

    Ingredients :
Tomato Puree (Filtered Water, Tomato Paste), Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, Worcestershire (White Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Water, Salt, Spice [Ginger, Red Pepper, Mustard, Coriander, Cloves, Black Pepper], Cane Sugar, Garlic, Tamarind Concentrate), Contains Less Than 2% of Vinegar, Kosher Salt, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Citric Acid, Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Garlic, Oregano), Allspice, Black Pepper.
    GLUTEN-FREE

    Vinegar BBQ Sauce
This sauce is something quite special for the UK. A vinegar sauce is as it sounds, heavy on the vinegar with a touch of sweet! popular in South Carolina BBQ when cooking whole hog BBQ, this sauce will transform your pulled pork. Use it as a mopping sauce, marinade or dipping sauce.

    Ingredients:
Tomato Puree (Filtered Water, Tomato Paste), Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Kosher Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Contains Less Than 2% of Sweet Paprika, Worcestershire (White Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Water, Salt, Spice [Ginger, Red Pepper, Mustard, Coriander, Cloves, Black Pepper], Cane Sugar, Garlic, Tamarind Concentrate), Hot Sauce (Distilled Vinegar, Red Pepper, Salt), Hot Sauce (Aged Red Cayenne Pepper, Distilled Vinegar, Salt), Dried Onion, Citric Acid, Black Pepper, Dried Garlic. GLUTEN-FREE

    Spicy BBQ Sauce
No sauce collection is complete without a spicy BBQ sauce and this one's packed with it all. Similar to the BBQ sauce, but with plenty of spice, we think this is a real winner for pork, chicken and beef! Using as a mop sauce on something like wings, this really comes into its own, but every food type benefits from a dip of spice.

    Ingredients:
Tomato Puree (Filtered Water, Tomato Paste), Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, Red Jalapeno Peppers (Red Jalapeno Peppers, Salt, Acetic Acid), Ancho Chile, Worcestershire (White Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Water, Salt, Spices [Ginger, Red Pepper, Mustard, Coriander, Cloves, Black Pepper], Cane Sugar, Dried Garlic, Tamarind Concentrate), Contains Less Than 2% of Filtered Water, Vinegar, Kosher Salt, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Dried Garlic, Sea Salt, Dried Onion, Citric Acid, Habanero Powder, Black Pepper, Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Garlic, Oregano), Dried Arbol Pepper, Allspice, Ground Jalapeno Pepper. GLUTEN-FREE

    The name says it all

If you have been to Texas and tried BBQ, this sauce is exactly what you'd expect from one of the biggest names in the business

Ordered the Original of this sauce and am a bit disappointed with the taste to be honest after having high hopes. It’s basically like using a lot of Worcestershire sauce and mixing it with a bit of BBQ sauce. Strong Worcestershire sauce tang to it and not that thick when pouring.

Thanks for the review on this one Marc, its great to get different opinions.
Just checking you gave the sauce a good shack before use?
Texas based sauces are very different, often heavy on the sour flavours. Can you give it a go as a basting / finishing sauce, this will mellow it out a bit, or even mixing it in a pan with a few tablespoons of brown sugar. let us know how you get on!
