Butcher paper is unique due to being all natural, plus its breathable properties when being used for cooking, this all helps protect that bark you've spent hours building.
Often referred to as ''pink paper'' this is the real deal exclusive to ProSmoke BBQ, imported form the manufacturer Oren international in the USA.
We've had our logo printed on all consumer size rolls, this includes the 18 and 24'' x 150ft rolls.
But the 1000ft commercial rolls are plain.

Being FDA approved you know it WON'T contain any nasty chemicals that will get on your food.
This is a completely natural product.
Use this paper for food service as well, because there's really nothing more authentic than being served BBQ food on butcher paper.
So you want insanely dark bark on your brisket, you've spent hours smoking the meat and building a dark bark, to only wrap it in tin foil and it all goes soggy.
No longer will you have this problem, the bark is protected with butcher paper, as it doesn't allow the meat to steam, the bark stays intact, and the action of wrapping the meat still speeds up the cooking process.
But always allow more time for your cook when wrapping in butcher paper.
We currently have 2 widths of roll, 18'' and 24 inch.
24'' is better for monster briskets bigger than 6kg.
18'' wide paper will still do the job but you will need 2 pieces along side each other to wrap the meat effectively.
We also have a 18 inch x 1000ft roll, this is perfect for food catering, or if you simply want to spend more up front to save money in the long run.
Also, a 20ft sample rolls if you just want a small length to try to see what all the fuss is about.

We always recommend a dispenser for the rolls of butcher paper, they make life much easier when handling these large rolls, especially the 1000ft one.
They are high quality, have an integrated cutter, wall mountable and built to last.
The butchers paper gave great results. It kept the brisket moist and juicy but allowed a dryer bark to form instead of foil which keeps everything wet.
I bought a sample roll so my family would think I know what I'm doing around the BBQ, turns out the paper if very functional too. Wrapping in this paper got me through the stall on one of the new supermarket brisket point ends in 2 1/2 hours (~70C to 93C). I'll definitely buy a larger roll when the sample runs out
