The kettle BBQ has been around for a long time and has seen very little innovation.
But the designers at Kamado Joe have taken all the great things about their ceramic cookers and added them to the kettle joe.
You can smoke, sear and slow cook just like all the other kettle cookers. But this takes BBQ smoking to the next level, with its patented sloroller system. This is an additional middle section that you can mount between the lid and the body, it has a sold metal plate in the middle, with a gap around the edge. This is designed to take the heat from the fire, then deflect it out and around the food, this circular airflow pattern through the BBQ ensures you don't have any hot spots, meaning your food will cook slowly and evenly.
The ceramic inserts for the firebox will dramatically increase the heat retention of your cooker, making it run for longer on less fuel. Plus the removable fire management basket keeps your coal together and makes for easy cleanout.
Grill grates are made from heavy-duty stainless steel and can be mounted at 2 cooking levels. Cooking flexibility was really at the forefront when they designed this cooker.

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.
Orders may process without issue to these excluded places, but ProSmoke reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge isn't paid prior to shipping.
Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.
Delivery costs for these items are detailed on the product page and at checkout. Note: surcharges do apply to Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and Scottish highlands.

The dates listed are estimates and can change due to circumstances outside our control.
Pre-orders are often listed at a lower price (deposit) and the remaining payment is then due prior to delivery, this is detailed on the product page.

Taxes
All prices include VAT. Purchases outside the UK can request an invoice excluding VAT (excluding Northern Ireland), but VAT will be charged on the shipping.
