This Grill Offers Four Distinct Grilling Zones for a Versatile Cooking Experience: A Main Grate with a Height-adjustable System, a Secondary Grate, & a Griddle That's Perfect for Your Favorite Vegetables
Combined, these provide a total of 4606 square centimeters of grilling space. This grill also comes packed with features for an unparalleled cooking experience. The gaucho-style brasero firebox enhances charcoal lighting efficiency, requiring less effort while keeping the flame separate from your food.
Whether you prefer wood charcoal or firewood, this feature allows you to grill in true gaucho fashion. It's ideal for slow-cooking short ribs for 4 hours, grilling Argentine sausage or chorizo, or smoking fish on the main grate, with the option to cook potatoes on the secondary grate. Firebricks lining the bottom and walls not only extend the grill's durability but also promote even heat distribution.
Additional features include a bottle opener, a 304 stainless steel shovel and coal rake, and 4 swivel casters (2 with brakes) for improved mobility. This grill comes with a 5-year limited warranty, ensuring long-term satisfaction and performance.
Offered in 2 Types of Material
The BBQ03SI and BBQ03SS grills offer variations of the esteemed Santa Maria design, catering to different tastes. The BBQ03SS is fashioned from 304 stainless steel for superior durability, while the BBQ03SI is made from standard iron with a heat-resistant paint finish for a traditional look. Both models boast versatile grilling areas, including main and secondary grates, an interchangeable griddle, and S-shaped meat hooks, all designed for a variety of cooking styles.
With 15 cm casters for mobility, each version combines practicality with either a sleek or classic aesthetic, ensuring an exceptional grilling experience tailored to personal preference.
About the materials: SI, or Standard Iron, also known as Cold Rolled Steel, presents a more affordable alternative to stainless steel, offering enhanced strength and a smooth finish. Ideal for various durable applications, it combines cost-effectiveness with robust performance. Please note, however, that we do not provide a warranty on the paint finish.
