    The ProSmoke Story

    ProSmoke was born from a deep passion for BBQ smokers and real fire cooking. We recognised a gap in the UK outdoor cooking market—one that needed fresh ideas, innovation, and a different approach.

    Determined to shake things up, we built strong relationships with leading manufacturers and introduced services unlike anything else available. Our unique approach has helped push the UK BBQ scene forward, inspiring other dealers to raise their game.

    Expanding the Market (2019 - 2021)

    Between 2019 and 2021, ProSmoke quickly became the go-to UK dealer for brands like Masterbuilt, PK Grills, and Cactus Jack.

    In 2020, we played a key role in relaunching Cactus Jack UK. Once a leading brand in the ‘90s, it needed a fresh perspective to meet modern BBQ expectations. Working with our engineers, we refined their offset smoker to perform more like a true Texas-style offset. Today, Cactus Jack is Europe's leading offset smoker brand, introducing countless new BBQ enthusiasts to wood-fired cooking.

    We also saw an opportunity to bring the legendary PK Grills to the UK. Known as the No.1 charcoal grill in the world, its durability and performance were unmatched, yet it had no presence here. Since 2021, we've worked closely with PK Grills to launch the PK Original and PKGO across Europe, making them widely available through ProSmoke and our network of sub-dealers.

    Masterbuilt joined our lineup in early 2020, and we were the first UK dealer to offer the Masterbuilt 560—a launch that was met with huge success. Today, ProSmoke is the UK’s only Platinum Masterbuilt Gravity Series dealer, offering unparalleled support, staff training, spare parts, and expertise to Masterbuilt UK.

    The Future of ProSmoke

    This year, we’ve expanded our brand offering, bringing even more premium BBQ products to the UK market. But we’re not stopping there. We are actively growing our BBQ showroom, with plans to make it one of the largest and most immersive BBQ destinations in the UK.

    ProSmoke has always been about more than just selling BBQs—we’re here to shape the future of outdoor cooking, helping people discover the joy of real fire cooking with the very best equipment on the market.


    Warranty & Support
    Our platinum customer support package is something we've extended to all of the brands we carry. Until now manufactures themselves have handled the support for their products, dealers would simply sell the product and point the customer back to the manufacturer if they had any issues. This often caused long wait times for the customer and with the British summers being so short, minimum downtime for customers equipment is essential. 
    Our policy is we work in partnership with the manufacturer to offer support to the customer, we find this enables a better all round experience.  
    Never would we sell and forget our customers.
