This grill offers four distinct grilling zones for a versatile cooking experience: a main grate with a height-adjustable system, a secondary grate, and a griddle perfect for your favorite vegetables. Combined, these provide a total of 2837.2 cm2 of grilling space. The gaucho-style brasero firebox enhances charcoal lighting efficiency, requiring less effort while keeping the flame separate from your food.
Whether you prefer wood charcoal or firewood, this feature allows you to grill in true gaucho fashion. It's ideal for slow-cooking short ribs for 4 hours, grilling Argentine sausage or chorizo, or smoking fish on the main grate, with the option to cook potatoes on the secondary grate. Firebricks lining the bottom and walls not only extend the grill's durability but also promote even heat distribution.
