The Pro Placement Peel is designed to offer chefs a superior lightweight and optimized pizza experience, developed with and for the world’s best pizza makers. Designed with input from elite Gozney pizza chefs, the Pro is tuned specifically to the needs of pizza makers who want to create their best pizza. A fully perforated blade allows maximum flour dispersion, completely minimizing the chance of excess flour accumulating on the bottom of the pizza and burning during your cook. The blade’s rounded shape helps you shape a perfect circle every time. The chiseled shape of the aluminum handle has angled sides for a confident grip and a curved underside so the peel slides freely through the hand when launching the pizza. The fully aluminum construction provides lightweight comfort and overall responsiveness, creating a seamless extension of the chef’s arm – giving you the edge to reach your pizza-creating potential.
What's Your Pizza Size?
Are you creating traditional Neapolitan-style pizza or starting out on your pizza journey and need the more manageable 12” pizza Standard size? Or do you want to be able to create up to 14” pizzas with the Large size?
Oven Compatibility

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.
Orders may process without issue to these excluded places, but ProSmoke reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge isn't paid prior to shipping.
Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.
Delivery costs for these items are detailed on the product page and at checkout. Note: surcharges do apply to Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and Scottish highlands.

Pre-orders are offered on products that are coming soon and on their way to us. This way you can guarantee to get the item as it lands with us.
The dates listed are estimates and can change due to circumstances outside our control.
Pre-orders are often listed at a lower price (deposit) and the remaining payment is then due prior to delivery, this is detailed on the product page.

This can be arranged on any items, please email sales@prosmokebbq.co.uk to discuss, we can usually offer discounts on BBQs, smokers and grills.
Taxes
All prices include VAT. Purchases outside the UK can request an invoice excluding VAT (excluding Northern Ireland), but VAT will be charged on the shipping.
