The Gozney Arc Gas-fired Outdoor Compact Pizza Oven brings groundbreaking heat control and effortless cooking to your outdoors while maintaining a beautiful backyard accent that brings people together.
Inspired by the same design DNA as the Gozney Dome, the Gozney Arc has had the fat trimmed in all the right areas, leaving behind an object that is just as beautifully covetable, but more compact and manageable than their expensive Dome siblings. The Arc units ditch the chimney flue for a sleek as well as soot-reducing vent.
A key difference between the Arc from Gozney’s other dome-shaped pizza ovens is the Arc has a Lateral Gas Burner. This causes the fire to burn up the side of the oven, then follow the dome shape of the oven to the other side.
Arc’s lateral gas burner with its rolling yellow flame replicates wood-fired to create amazingly consistent heat, easy to precisely control, and frees up space on the large 20mm thick replaceable stone oven floor so you can make bigger pizzas and easily move them as you go. The burner also takes up less space in the oven when compared to their other propane models.
Despite being more compact to fit in any outdoor space, the Arc is still able to fit a 14-inch pizza. It is a step up from what the Gozney Roccbox can achieve. The Gozney Arc connects to an LPG tank so you can make restaurant-quality pizza, no matter where you live.
