Using the Fish Holder
How to use a fish holder in the best way? Marinate and season the fish beforehand. Make sure the fish is not too big for the holder so you can easily cook the fish. Clamp the fish in the holder and hold it over the fire. Due to the sturdy holder, the fish will cook well but not fall apart immediately.
Remove the holder from the fire when the fish is cooked to your liking and open the holder with heat-resistant gloves. Note that the steel holder will get very hot from the fire.
