The FLAMERY Large Asado Grill on Stand PRO.1.2 is a large Argentinian-inspired Asado grill on a four-legged stand, designed to replicate a traditional Asado grilling experience with a robust and stationary setup.
With a generous cooking area of up to 100cm x 41cm, this grill is ideal for preparing lots of food at once – great if you love to cook, entertain, or have a big family!
The stand option features a simple yet sturdy four-legged design, each leg has levelers providing a stable and reliable base for your grill.

Firebox
The Flamery Asado BBQ's firebox serves as the pulsating heart of your grill. Also, producing a steady supply of embers, the firebox allows you to manipulate their distribution across the grill for various temperature zones. Height Adjustment
The height adjustable winch on a Flamery Asado BBQ grill is your ticket to culinary precision. This innovative mechanism effortlessly lifts and lowers the V-shaped grills above the embers. It also offers a height change of 200mm, the winch provides you with complete control over cooking temperatures. Firebricks
The base, rear, and sides of Flamery grills feature 32mm thick refractory firebricks. The base, rear, and sides of Flamery grills are all lined with 32mm thick refractory firebricks. Moreover, these high-temperature, dense fire clay bricks are specially made for applications such as BBQs, furnaces, pizza ovens, and stoves. Rated to 1300°C.
Firebox Grill
The supplementary grill for the Flamery Firebox provides another incredibly useful cooking surface. Crafted from high-quality 5mm stainless steel, the Flamery Firebox Grill is perfectly suited to searing steaks. Additionally, it can be used as a pan stand for cooking anything from a curry to boiling potatoes.
Drop Down Drawer
The drop-down door is on the front of a Flamery grill. Furthermore, by controlling the airflow, it regulates the speed at which embers burn, providing precise temperature management. When the lid is closed, this feature transforms your grill into a versatile pizza oven.
Drip Tray
Flamery Asado Grill's removable stainless steel drip tray collects the cooking juices from the V-groove grill. Easily removable, it not only simplifies cleaning but also allows you to savor the flavor of your dishes collecting juices for basting during cooking.
Temperature Gauge
The temperature gauge is an essential feature of our Flamery Asado BBQ grills, providing precise temperature readings to help you achieve perfect cooking results every time. Mounted conveniently on the grill, it allows you to monitor internal heat levels at a glance, ensuring your food is cooked to perfection.
Kebab Skewer Holder
Built into every grill support frame, on every Flamery Grill, is a series of handy notches designed to accommodate Kebab Skewers. The simple form of the notches allows the skewers to be rotated through 90°, ensuring an even cook and a perfect kebab!
Locking Lid
The lids on all Flamery Grills feature a locking lid stay. This ensures the lid is held open during cooking, preventing any accidental closures. Simply lift the stay to release the lid and close gently by holding the lid handle - heat-resistant gloves may be required!
Removable Grill Frame
Another unique feature of the Flamery Grills is the removable grill frame that supports the v-grove grills and Chapa plates. Removing the frame provides a clear surface for building a fire for dirty cooking or if more space is required when using your grill as an oven.
