Meet our flagship 1,000-gallon commercial offset. This offset has become one of the most in demand commercial smokers in its class. Additionally, its efficiency and consistency, matched with an unbeatable price point, make this smoker a popular option for the pit-house.
Our 1,000's are being used daily by multiple award winning pitmasters around the U.S. So, you will find our offsets in establishments who have earned such accolades as Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ Joints, 2019 Food and Wine Chef of the year, James Beard finalists and BBQ Pitmaster's.
Also, the 1,000 is available on skids, or mounted on a 3"x 2" solid steel tube, work from the ground trailer. We can also place on skids and secure to a work from the deck trailer (all options shown in product photos).
Additionally, we placed our efforts within computational fluid dynamics to ensure this unit burns extremely even (+or - 5 degrees across the entire grate). Also, precision airflow results in a quicker cook and saves you the time and effort of rotating meat.

Each of our pits has its own unique patina finish and is truly one of a kind. So, if you would like to make a request for certain patina colours, we will do our best to accommodate. However, please keep in mind colours are limited and options depend on what we have in inventory.

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.
Orders may process without issue to these excluded places, but ProSmoke reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge isn't paid prior to shipping.
Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.

Taxes
All prices include VAT. Purchases outside the UK can request an invoice excluding VAT (excluding Northern Ireland), but VAT will be charged on the shipping.
