Introducing a compact, yet powerful offset, which is the smallest commercial offset smoker we build. Primitive Pits 250 Gallon Offset Smoker-has a small footprint, but can handle a pretty sizeable workload. Also, you can use for restaurant operations, catering and pop-ups, etc. It comes on skids, three style of trailers and a wagon.
Additionally, this pit mirrors in performance it's big brothers the 500 and 1,000 gallon. It delivers world class barbecue at an unthinkable price.
We placed our efforts within computational fluid dynamics to ensure this unit burns extremely even (+or - 5 degrees across whole grate), prevents having to rotate meat as well as finished product much quicker by its precision airflow.
This unit is now being cooked on by multiple award-winning pitmasters around the US. Also, you will find pits in some of the top Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ Joints, a 2019 Food and Wine Chef of the year, James Beard nominees and more.

Each of our pits has its own unique patina finish and is truly one of a kind. Also, if you would like to make a request for certain patina colours, we will do our best to accommodate. However, please keep in mind colours are limited and options depend on what we have in inventory.

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.
Orders may process without issue to these excluded places, but ProSmoke reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge isn't paid prior to shipping.
Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.
Delivery costs for these items are detailed on the product page and at checkout. Note: surcharges do apply to Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and Scottish highlands.

Pre-orders are offered on products that are coming soon and on their way to us. This way you can guarantee to get the item as it lands with us.
The dates listed are estimates and can change due to circumstances outside our control.
Pre-orders are often listed at a lower price (deposit) and the remaining payment is then due prior to delivery, this is detailed on the product page.

Taxes
All prices include VAT. Purchases outside the UK can request an invoice excluding VAT (excluding Northern Ireland), but VAT will be charged on the shipping.
