Their sturdy construction and sear plates are located inside the cooking chamber for uniform heat distribution both in the front and in the back of the chamber.
The Stainless Steel sear plates provide additional heat surface by capturing and evaporating the broth from the food while protecting the roasts from the flames and flames that are created during grilling.
