From the cast aluminium shell, duriduim plastic shelving and 304 stainless steel grates this BBQ is completely corrosion resistant.

Made from advanced materials

The PK engineers pride themselves on taking existing materials used in BBQ and finding a better version. One example is the black durabilium side shelves, designed exclusively for the new PK360.
The shelves are formed from high quality glass-fibre reinforced polyester, that is highly heat resistant, super durable and easy to clean.
The shelves are removable and stow easily using the integrated side handle hooks on the PK.
Also very strong, they can withstand the heaviest of cast iron pans.

Complete cooking control

Having 4 vents on your cooker means you can manipulate heat flow much more accurately than a kettle or Kamado style BBQ.
Plus it's shape lends its self excellently to ''2 zone'' cooking.
If you're slow cooking, simply build the fire one side, open the vent underneath it, then set your food off to the other side, opening the vent above, this will slowly draw heat and smoke across your food for hours, but you can still sear at the end over the hot coals.
Want to grill across the whole surface? no problems, open all the vents and shut the lid to snuff flare ups.

The PK360 comes with:
- Tel Tru American made thermometer with lots of heat quadrant's to help you nail the perfect temperature.
- Never seen before cast aluminium inlet vent tubes, simply twist to open and close.
- Folding side shelves for easy stowing, but also removable for transportation.
- Swivelling BBQ stand for rotating the cooker.

The PK Grill warranty will be fully support by us here in the UK, prior to now this has not been possible due to there being no dedicated dealer network, your warranty would be handled directly with the US and would involve expensive shipping invoices.
Portable Kitchens, Inc. hereby warrants to the original consumer-purchaser this new “Portable Kitchen” grill and smoker to be free from defective material or workmanship at the time of purchase. Portable Kitchens, Inc. warrants the cast aluminium bowl and lid for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of purchase; the cooking and charcoal grates, if constructed of stainless steel, for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, and otherwise for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase; the plastic components for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase; all other metal parts and accessories for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase; grill covers for two (2) years from the date of purchase; and the temperature gauge for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

So well built, from the materials used to the design. No shade on Weber, but this for me was everything I was looking for in a grill. The bent controls on it are perfect. Don’t sleep on this grill - they really are that good

This thing is a BBQ Machine. You get Total Control, it's Versatile, it'll Grill, Smoke, Sear, Roast, Toast, Boil, Broil or anything else you want. Consistent temperatures, Great Build Quality, Top End Service and Backup from Pro-Smoke..... I love this thing.

The PK360 is a bloody awesome bit of kit. unfortunately on this one purchase i may of accidentally retired 2 other grills!
I also bought the grill grates and cookmore accessories to go with it.
Its super easy to use whatever method you are using and when using correct charcoal (advised by olly) gets to temp and holds temp for as long as you want, it's so simple.
The PK 360 smokes far better than the thing you switch on when you want a cup a tea, and allows me to go about my day instead of keeping me glued to the spot, don't get me wrong the boiler thing is very good but it's not a touch on the 360 in performance or build quality.
It truly is an great bit of kit and more than likely to last me my life time and is already on the inheritance list.
The advice from Pro smoke on the 360 was spot on. The shop is also the best stocked shop I've been to for BBQ. I'm not allowed to go anymore!
In closing its the same i hear from everyone who owns one 'I love my PK'

Absolutely perfect

It's four weeks since I bought my PK360 from Mr Giles. I wanted something quick and simple to complement the high precision cooking offered by the MB Gravity 1050 (also from ProSmokeBBQ) which I've been happily using for a couple of years. Something with the option to cook "dirty", too.
This BBQ is very straightforward to build. The first thing you notice is the exceptional quality of manufacture of all of the parts and the way everything fits together without shoving or forcing. The clamshell hinge at the back of the unit is a brilliant piece of design. Using thick, solid aluminium for the casing means the unit won't rust and should last forever. Once built, it's very easy to move around, the grill is set to a comfortable height and the clamshell hinge works beautifully.
It's an absolute doddle to use. The temperature control in two-zone cooking just...works. So, during the last two weeks of hot sunny weather I've cooked twelve meals on the PK360, using the indoor kitchen only once. I've experimented with chicken, root veg & aubergine, posh dogs, corn cobs, you name it, and every single cook has been bang on. I've even done a low'n'slow with a bogstandard beef joint and a wood chunk and it was tender, juicy, fragrant and delicious.
Highly recommended.
