Diamond Crystal kosher salt is a pure and natural variety with no additives. It is referenced throughout The French Laundry cookbook, with Thomas Keller. He was explaining: “We use a specific brand of kosher salt, Diamond Crystal, because of the size of the grains.”
Keller goes on to say: “Salt is the primary seasoning ingredient we use. It heightens the flavour of everything across the board…without it, the flavour of meats and vegetables and fruit is a little flat, dead, fade, as they say in France – insipid.

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.

Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.
