Specifically designed to contour the interior of the Weber Summit® Charcoal, the NEW Slow ‘N Sear® SnS Grills Low Profile Grill Insert brings dedicated two-zone cooking and high-heat searing functionality to the Kamado grill. Slightly shorter than a standard Slow ‘N Sear®, the charcoal basket still has room for a full chimney-full of charcoal for hassle-free extended cooks and 1000+ degree searing.
The Slow ‘N Sear® Low Profile comes standard with a ventilated bottom plate for additional ease of use. The NEW Slow ‘N Sear®Low Profile now comes with a removable water reservoir.

- Charcoal basket holds one chimney-full(estimated~80 – 100 briquettes) of coals that provides 8+ hours of uninterrupted low ‘n slow (225° F) cooking.
- The NEW removable water reservoir holds over one quart of water for 5+ hours of steam generation (at 225° F). Also, creates an effective thermal barrier between the coals and the indirect cooking zone. Remove it to cook with 50% more charcoal and 1/3 larger sear zone for the perfect Cold Grate Technique sear!
- Ventilated bottom plate is great for lump charcoal and makes cleaning up after the cook extremely easy.
- Stainless Steel rivet-based manufacturing technique and design - simple, strong, proven, and durable. Significantly reduces warping under high-heat cooking conditions.

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.
Orders may process without issue to these excluded places, but ProSmoke reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge isn't paid prior to shipping.
Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.

The dates listed are estimates and can change due to circumstances outside our control.
Pre-orders are often listed at a lower price (deposit) and the remaining payment is then due prior to delivery, this is detailed on the product page.

Taxes
All prices include VAT. Purchases outside the UK can request an invoice excluding VAT (excluding Northern Ireland), but VAT will be charged on the shipping.
