The BBQ09SS Argentine Gaucho Grill, also completely forged from 304 stainless steel to ensure its superior performance. It features an extended height-adjustable system that can pass through a wall, allowing you to choose its placement on the left, right, or front side according to your spatial needs and design vision.

This grill offers the freedom to creatively tailor your outdoor cooking area, including the option to integrate the BBQ94SS clamp grill for a bespoke setup that reflects your personal style. Moreover, the BBQ09SS is designed for customization, enabling you to add an additional unit for a symmetrical, double grill configuration.

About the Argentine Gaucho Grill BBQ09SS
It provides 3 different grilling areas: a main grate with a height-adjustable system, and S-shaped hooks to have fun and hang your meat cuts. The firebox gaucho-style brasero allows you to light up the charcoal quicker and with less effort. It maintains your fire lit and away from the food. You can use wood charcoal or firewood, based on your preference, to grill like a gaucho. Slow cook some short ribs for 4 hours, some Argentine sausage or chorizo, or smoke a fish on the main grate. Also includes a 304 stainless steel shovel and coal rake. 3-year limited warranty.

Key Features:

Height-adjustable Grates: This feature gives you the possibility to adjust the height of the grates to control the cooking temperature. Use the wheel to move the main grates up or down depending on what you need (closer to the coals = more heat to sear | away from coal = less heat for slow cooking). It is a feature that you will find in many South American barbecues because it allows you to really master the grill.

The Firebox or Brasero:  Allows you to light up the wood or charcoal quicker and with less effort. It maintains the fire lit and away from the food. You can use firewood or charcoal, or a combination of the two, based on your preference. We recommend using lump charcoal and firewood. Once the coals are ready, they will simply fall under. An easy and practical way to light up the fire and grill like a gaucho.

Firebricks: to help transmit less heat to the outside panels, but also spread the heat evenly throughout the grill. This feature is well-known in the Argentine grill. It is also a must-have because it extends the life of the charcoal grill.

4 Different Cooking Areas: to inspire your imagination: A main grate, one small secondary grate, a griddle and 8 S-shaped meat hooks for roasting or smoking your favorite food. Made of 304 stainless steel it really gives you the possibility to show your grilling skills.
