This combo includes a 55-gallon smooth-sided barrel and the latest in drum smoker design, ensuring top-notch quality and durability.
Our kit has been completely redesigned for easy and fast assembly, with improved intake air design for better control and operation in high winds.
On average, the kit can be built in less than 2 hours, allowing you to quickly get started on your smoking journey. And once it's assembled, you're ready to paint your new smoker and show it off to your friends and family.
But that's not all - our kit is designed to allow the pitmaster to easily cook for 10 plus hours without needing to add charcoal or constantly adjust dampers. - 1 Bolt On Smoke Stack with damper

- 1 Charcoal Basket
- 1 Baffle plate
- 1 Round Bar style Cooking Grate
- 1- 3 inch dial by 4 inch stem thermometer with nut and washer
- All required nuts, bolts, and washers

- Smooth sided 18 gauge drum
- Drum is plain steel and will need a painting to avoid rust
- Drums sometimes arrive with light surface rust, this can be removed easily as part of the preparation to paint it

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.
Orders may process without issue to these excluded places, but ProSmoke reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge isn't paid prior to shipping.
Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.
Delivery costs for these items are detailed on the product page and at checkout. Note: surcharges do apply to Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and Scottish highlands.

Pre-orders are offered on products that are coming soon and on their way to us. This way you can guarantee to get the item as it lands with us.
The dates listed are estimates and can change due to circumstances outside our control.
Pre-orders are often listed at a lower price (deposit) and the remaining payment is then due prior to delivery, this is detailed on the product page.

Taxes
All prices include VAT. Purchases outside the UK can request an invoice excluding VAT (excluding Northern Ireland), but VAT will be charged on the shipping.
