Hot Smoked Perfect Burn Smoking Wood Splits – Bulk Pallet
For serious offset smoking, a consistent fire starts with the right wood.
Our Hot Smoked Perfect Burn Wood Splits are produced specifically for BBQ and offset smokers, giving you properly seasoned, consistently sized splits that are ready to burn.
Available in 10" and 16" splits, each bulk bag contains approximately 1m³ of smoking wood weighing 300–350kg – ideal for restaurants, caterers, BBQ teams and anyone running an offset smoker regularly.
The Perfect Burn
Good barbecue needs a clean, controlled fire.
Our wood is slow-cured to below 20% moisture content, helping it ignite easily and burn cleanly while producing the thin blue smoke you want from an offset smoker.
Rather than simply supplying standard firewood, we work with UK processors to control the three things that matter most when cooking with wood:

10" Wood Splits
Approximately 10" long × 2–3" thick.
These are the same size splits used in our popular 10kg boxes. Their smaller size makes them easy to manage and allows you to make finer adjustments to your fire.
Ideal for smaller and medium-sized offset smokers.
16" Standard Wood Splits
Approximately 16" long × 2–4" thick.
A versatile, larger split offering a longer burn while still providing good control.
Ideal for medium and larger offset smokers.
16" Chunky Wood Splits
Approximately 16" long × 3–5" thick.
Our largest option, designed for big pits where maintaining a substantial coal bed and longer burn is important.
Ideal for 250–1,000 gallon offset smokers and commercial pits.
Sustainably Sourced
Our smoking wood is sourced from managed woodlands and storm-recovered timber, before being processed, seasoned and sorted specifically for BBQ use.
Because this is a natural product, individual splits will vary slightly in shape, thickness, bark and appearance.

Each order contains:
1 × approximately 1m³ bulk/dumpy bag
Approximate weight: 300–350kg
Buying by the bulk bag gives regular wood-fire cooks a considerably more economical way to stock up compared with purchasing smaller boxes.

Bulk bags are dispatched directly from our wood supplier to your delivery address.
Please allow approximately 5–7 working days for delivery.
As this is a large palletised delivery, please ensure there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle and space to receive the pallet.
