Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll have it ready for you to pick up from our Banbury showroom during opening hours.
My BBQ has a fault. Who do I contact for warranty support?
Contact us directly — by phone on 01295 981 580 or email sales@prosmokebbq.co.uk. Unlike most retailers, we handle warranty and support in-house through our Platinum Support programme. We work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf, so you don’t get passed around. Our staff are trained on the equipment we sell and we keep spare parts in stock to minimise your downtime.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we ship across Europe and can arrange worldwide shipping for most products. Delivery costs and times vary by destination. Contact us for a quote on international orders.
Do you offer BBQ assembly services?
Yes, we offer a professional Build & Deliver service for many of the BBQs and smokers we sell. Your equipment is fully assembled by our team and delivered ready to cook. You can add this option during checkout, or visit our Build & Deliver page for more details.
How quickly do you respond to emails?
We aim to respond to all emails within 2 hours during business hours. Enquiries received outside of opening hours will get a reply by the next business day. For anything urgent, calling us on 01295 981 580 is always the fastest route.
Do you run BBQ classes?
Yes! We run regular hands-on BBQ classes from our Banbury showroom, covering everything from Texas-style offset smoking to pizza oven masterclasses. Classes are taught by experienced pitmasters and include food, drink and plenty of fire. View upcoming BBQ classes at /collections/barbecue-classes.
