People kept asking us for rubs and we kept resisting, nothing really blew us away enough to care about it.
But these rubs from the Norfolk smoke pit are something else.

Good Ol' Rub is our house rub that we throw on just about anything and everything.
A BBQ flavoured rub with Paprika and Cayenne providing some mild heat with undertones of cinnamon and mixed spice for hits of subtle sweet. We wouldn't have our pulled pork and southern style wedges without it! But don't think we limit this rub to just pork and meat. It also works well with Vegetable Kebabs and it spices up a mean Nut Roast - for which I will get a recipe written up soon... I promise!
These JUMBO shakers weigh in at a mammoth 310g making them great value for money for that BBQ champ that does not want to be running out at the crucial moment.

We use Chipotle chillies to give a traditional authentic Mexican flavour. The rub has got a fiery heat from the chilli flakes but the cumin, garlic, onion and smoked paprika bring a balanced flavour. However I have warned you ..its fiery.. and I forgot to mention that on the label - oops!

Season your meat, fish, veg, taters, pasta or pizza the list is endless with this one...If you’re feeling naughty, mix with a load of butter and chuck a knob onto a grilled steak or make a proper luscious seafood baste. Also highly recommended to pair with lamb
Can be used dry or made into a wet marinade by mixing with oil, lemon juice or vinegar. If cooking over flames best to use towards the end of the cook.
The perfect seasoning if you’re watching your salt and sugar intake as we’ve left both right out!

Brew & Briskets is a coffee blend with hints of oak-smoked paprika, cumin, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. Bang this on your brisket and you’re in for a treat.
Dust onto your meat before cooking with a ratio of 3-5% if you want to be specific! Or if your like us... just smash it on! Don’t just put this in the brisket box though! It’s a great all-rounder and also works with chicken, pork & roasted veg

Raggamuffin Rub - Jerk Seasoning - Pure Jamaican jerk flavours with scotch bonnet powder bringing the authentic heat! Shake pon de chicken and be transported to Kingston Jamaica. Also works well on anything you want to give a jerk twist to - dash it pon ya fries, fish or vegetable kebabs for reggae style Caribbean flavours.
Use as a dry rub or make a marinade with soy sauce, cider vinegar and blended pineapple or mango. For maximum flavour let the marinade do it’s ting overnight.

Honey & Mustard - Glaze Powder - Sprinkle this glaze dust on and watch the sweet sticky magic happen. Honey and mustard powder are perfectly paired flavours for chicken and pork but also works just as well on veg. Keep away from direct flames causing the honey to burn.
For best results leave to marinade for an hour or two. Try mixing with mayonnaise and a small drop of cider vinegar to make a honey mustard salad dressing or potato salad base mix.
