Items must be returned within 28 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Absolutely, if you buy a BBQ that requires setting up and building, our team can do this for you.

For parts that are difficult to fit yourself, we’ll make the necessary arrangements to assist you with the process, ensuring everything is resolved quickly and hassle-free.

We’ve got you covered! Even if your product is out of warranty, we can supply spare parts to help keep your BBQ performing at its best. We only work with manufacturers that guarantee spare parts for their products for up to 10 years, ensuring you have long-term support and peace of mind.
