These insulated electric cabinet smokers are very popular in America and finally on UK shores.

We often get asked for entry-level smokers, for people that want to dip their toe into the world of smoking, but don't want the pressure of managing a fire while cooking their food.  The electric Masterbuilt range is perfect for this, low maintenance with the ability to produce excellent results, start here and you will be asking us about stick burners in no time!

Seasoned pro's like ourselves will also get plenty of satisfaction from these units, as we're often too busy to manage a fire in an offset wood burning smoker or charcoal BBQ. The ability to add smoking wood is a game-changer for an electric smoker. 

Electric Fuel
The fuel source on this smoker is an electric element in the bottom of the cook chamber. This element gets this unit upto temperature very quickly, and its insulated body retains the heat excellently.

Smoke
To add smoke flavour to your food you simply add wood chips to the smoker feeder on the side. This feeder allows the adding of wood chips without having to open the door. 

Digital Controller
The digital controller is the brains of the unit. Simply set the temperature you want cook at, and set the time. When the timer runs out the cooker will shut off, it's that
easy.

130B vs 140B vs 130P
The 130B and 140B are the same smoker feature wise, but the 140B is bigger. The 130B is 30 inches tall inside, the 140b is 40 inches tall inside. The 140B is popular for hanging long meats like fish, as you have that extra 10 inches in height.
The 130P is around the same size as the 130B but has the addition of Bluetooth for smart phone connection, and ''grill to finish'' feature, for crisping up the food at the end of the cook.

Wood Chips
We have the perfect wood chip blends for all our smokers. The wood chips we ship with this smoker are small and very dry, that way you get clean smoke and great tasting food every time. 
Wood chip blends work great as they balance the smoke for the meat you are cooking. 

Grease and Clean-up
The best feature of this smoker is the way it handles meat drippings. They funnel through the smoker and out of the back grease drain, into a catcher at the back of the unit. The plates and interior are all wipe down stainless steel. 

Cooking
You won't even need to look online for meat cooking tips. There's a full list of common meat types in the manual, along with cooking temperatures and times, so you're all set right out the box.
