With over a decade in the Austin, Texas BBQ scene, he’s a chef, Pitmaster, and founding member of the Michelin-starred LeRoy and Lewis — ranked #2 on Texas Monthly’s Top 50 BBQ list. This is your chance to hang out, eat amazing food, and learn directly from one of the best in the game.
Brad and Wilson's BBQ will be firing up the pits all day, showcasing both traditional and creative takes on Texas-style BBQ — and you're invited to be part of the action.
There’ll be plenty to cook and plenty to do, so if you’re keen to get hands-on, you’ll have the chance to jump in and learn. Prefer to kick back? No problem — grab a beer, hang out, and chat with the crew.
