The Advantages of Our Airflow Technology
Step 1: The Airflow Concept - The design with raised air inlets at the bottom of the fire table ensures that oxygen continues to be supplied to the fire even when there is a lot of ash accumulation.
Step 2: Double Wall Technology - Air enters a cavity at the bottom of the double wall at the time the walls are heated by the fire. The hot air rises through the gap between the two walls as the fire burns.
Step 3: Secondary combustion - The heated air then escapes through the upper openings located at the edge of the double wall. The oxygen heated under pressure combines with the smoke, which is a combination of smoke and gas. This results in a process known as back combustion, secondary combustion also known as re-combustion.

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.

Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.
Delivery costs for these items are detailed on the product page and at checkout. Note: surcharges do apply to Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and Scottish highlands.

Taxes
All prices include VAT. Purchases outside the UK can request an invoice excluding VAT (excluding Northern Ireland), but VAT will be charged on the shipping.
