Master your leopard-spotted crusts and take your pizza to the next level with Gozney Dome Neapolitan Arch and Flue Extension. The ceramic-coated Neapolitan Arch lowers the door height to enhance heat retention. So, it creates the perfect environment for high-hydration doughs.
Neapolitan pizza is cooked at a very high temperature and quickly, so the oven should be at full heat saturation (450°C+ / 845°F) allowing cooking times of 45-60 seconds.
To create the perfect rise as well as leopard charred crust on high hydration dough, the air temperature must be extremely high. In addition, the arch narrows the aperture of the oven mouth, allowing the air temperature to reach a much higher temperature and cook the perfect Neapolitan pizza.
The ceramic bonded Arch with a recess in the central aperture allows the pizza chef to ‘dome’ pizzas. In particular, place the turning peel under the crust and lift the pizza up into the flames/highest temperature.
The Dome's Flue Extension is the perfect companion for not only wood-fired cooking, channeling away smoke & soot from the oven, but also for improving airflow.

Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.
