This fine mesh smoking basket is Created to fit both the ProQ Cold Smoking Cabinet and the ProQ Eco Smoker, it will also work in many other cold smoking cabinets, including a hooded BBQ – any ventilated covered compartment can create a perfect cold smoking environment. For smoke generation itself, take a look at the ingenious ProQ Cold Smoke Generator.
Made of food grade stainless steel, the tray measures W28 x D27 x H5 cm and weighs just 300g. It’s easy to clean and can be used more widely for larger sized foods – particularly those that might roll around on the usual open grill racks (sausages and charcuterie spring to mind!) A great addition to your cold smoking equipment.
