Great course Wilson’s bbq took us through fire management on various smokers, gave me a great insight how to get the best out of my smoker. Cooked twice now after the course so chilled now on the smoke it is unreal. Looking forward to the Texas Barbecue Masterclass later this month.
Insightfully fantastic. Rode 3 hours on my bike to get there and it was everything I hoped it would be. New to the offset game, I was struggling with maintaining temps and worried about smoke colour etc but Dave ‘Wilson’s BBQ’ brought Texan experience to proceedings explaining every element of the process of building and maintaining the fire. 👍💥
The offset smoker basics course really helped me understand where I was going wrong. They provided many quick wins that improve airflow, temperature control and improve the flavour of the food. Would highly recommend this course
We attended the offset smoker basis class recently. It was very informative and covered all the basics, and more. The class size was small enough to enable everyone to ask questions and get involved, and the food on the day was fantastic! Very useful information covered if you have or are planning on buying an offset smoker and want to know about fire management and how to use your equipment to get the best results!
What a fun way to spend a few hours. So much useful information, lovely food and time for questions.
