The Pit Boss Austin XL Onyx Edition’s advanced PID control board has P Setting at low temperatures for the ultimate controlled cooking experience. These settings allow you to adjust the machine to fit your environment or boost smoke density. The control board also features 5-degree increment settings to target indirect cooking temperatures, ranging from 82–260 °C. Or you can slide over the Flame Broiler™ Lever for direct flame searing.
