Superior Cooking Dimensions

The Liberty94 Offset Smoker has a large 94-gallon cooking chamber. It measures 24 inches in diameter and 48 inches long.

This 94-gallon smoker provides plenty of space for your favorite meats, like brisket, ribs, or whole chicken. This smart design lets the smoke move freely. This ensures even cooking and the great flavor of a real Texas smoker.

The Liberty94 includes 1 layer of lay-in cooking grates that are 23 inches deep and 46 inches wide. Plenty of room for 4-5 Briskets, 6-8 pork butts, 8 slabs of St Louis trimmed pork ribs and more!

Revolutionary Temperature Control

The Liberty94 Offset Smoker includes a revolutionary FlowTuner Baffle Plate. This smart smoker designed with an adjustable system lets you create or remove temperature zones. You have full control to make your BBQ masterpiece with virtually no hot spots. Whether you’re slow-cooking your meat or looking for that perfect sear, this smoker can cater to your unique style.

You can move the FlowTuner Baffle Plate inside the cooking chamber. Sliding the baffle allows the pitmaster to change from an even temperature zone to a grill and smoke two-zone setup.

Super Easy To Run!

This 94-gallon smoker pit has an offset firebox. The firebox is 24 inches in diameter and 24 inches long. Combined with a 5-inch smoke stack ensures the draw of heat and smoke will be perfect every time!

For the best wood smoker cooking experience, we suggest using wood splits over a bed of charcoal. The wood splits should be about 2 to 3 inches wide and 10 to 12 inches long. Consistent wood size is important for those long cooks.

You'll Cook Your Best BBQ Ever

Unlike pellet grills, reverse flow smokers, charcoal grills, and other offset wood smokers, the Liberty94 has a special design. This design ensures you'll experience gentle "Barbeque Weather".

"Barbeque Weather" is kind of like how a weather system works in nature. Super-heated air moves straight up from the firebox and then runs along the top of the cooking chamber. The smoke and heat calm down before spinning downward at the smoke stack end of the smoker. the result is dead even smoker temperature, perfect texture, and smoky flavor.

We have truly engineered the perfect offset BBQ smoker. Pellet smokers, reverse flow smokers, charcoal grills, and other barbecue pits rely on a downward airflow pattern.

The Downward air flow pattern forces the superheated smoky airflow to do the opposite of what nature wants to do. This design makes extra work for the pit master. They must control smoker temperatures, manage heat zones, and stop the food from burning on the bottom.
