Boasting An Impressive 7 Unique Grilling Zones, the BBQ26 Santa Maria is Probably One of Our Favorites. It Stands Out as an Exceptional Creation, Entirely Crafted from 304 Stainless Steel to Ensure its Superior Performance
This grill boasts an impressive seven (7) unique grilling areas: a main grate equipped with a height-adjustable system and a griddle ideal for vegetables, among others. Putting all these together, you will get a total of 900- 2600 square inches of grilling space. The firebox gaucho style brasero allows you to light up the charcoal quicker and with less effort. It keeps your fire lit and away from the food, reducing effort while keeping the flame distanced from the food.
Whether you prefer wood charcoal or firewood, this grill is perfect for authentic gaucho-style cooking. It's ideally suited for slow-cooking short ribs over four hours, grilling Argentine sausages or chorizos, smoking fish on the Clamp grill, or achieving a closer-to-the-embers cook with the small removable grill. The grill's durability and heat distribution are enhanced by firebricks lining its bottom and walls.
Additional features include a bottle opener, a 304 stainless steel shovel and coal rake, and 4 swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy maneuverability. This grill comes with a 5-year limited warranty, underscoring our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE GRATES
