Binchotan Charcoal offers a unique combination of purity, power and performance. It is made from dense hardwoods, honouring the traditional, centuries old production methods that give this charcoal a rock-hard iron/metallic feel and white colouring on the charcoal.
This coal glows red hot, is flame free, virtually smoke free, odour free and burns for hours. Due to the unique high heat, food becomes quickly sealed, creating a delicious outer layer and moist tender meat.

Tips
This charcoal is amazing in all grills and especially offset smokers. Use this charcoal to start your smoker and it will create you a very hot coal bed for long lasting heat, also extending your wood refill times to hours.
If you want ultimate low and slow hands off offset cooking, why not get one of our charcoal baskets, fill it with Binchotan, light the top layer and allow it to burn down over hours, adding chunks or splits of wood for flavour.
We also recommend this charcoal for Masterbuilt gravity series smokers, very long lasting.

Delivery is free for orders over £70 to UK mainland, excluding Northern Ireland, offshore addresses and highlands.
Orders may process without issue to these excluded places, but ProSmoke reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge isn't paid prior to shipping.
Small Items Shipping
Items other than BBQ's, grills and smokers are all shipped via DPD local on 24-hour delivery. We aim to dispatch these items the next working day after they are placed on the website.
You will receive a tracking link when they leave us.
Delivery is between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Smokers, BBQ's & Grills
These items are shipped via pallet network on a 24-48 hour service.
We will always make contact prior to shipping, as someone will need to be in to receive these items. Our team will call via phone on the following day of ordering. If all information is gathered prior to 12pm midday, the item will ship that same day for delivery on the next working day.
Note: this excludes Cactus Jack smokers, as due to their size and logistics involved, we require an extra 2 days of processing.

Taxes
All prices include VAT. Purchases outside the UK can request an invoice excluding VAT (excluding Northern Ireland), but VAT will be charged on the shipping.
